Crussell Fine Arts is pleased to announce the August 2010 opening of the new Bloomingdale’s store in Santa Monica, California. In preparation for this event, Bloomingdale’s has asked Crussell Fine Arts to hold an Open Call for the purchase of original artwork. All artwork should reference the theme of Santa Monica, relationship to the Pacific Ocean, its people, culture or the overall environment of Santa Monica.

Please join us for a special exhibition of drawings by Jeffrey Crussell illustrating the architecture of developer Joseph Eichler and his early 1960’s mid-century modern homes built in Orange, California. This exhibit will consist of 50 pencil drawings available as archival pigment prints in editions of 10 and displayed in a 1964 Eichler designed by the architectural firm of Claude Oakland.
